I am proud to announce that the Southern Ohio Educational Service Center/Region 14 received an unqualified opinion on the Fiscal Year 2009 audit. An unqualified opinion is the best opinion an entity can receive. The audit is a great indicator of the strength of our policies and procedures and the hard work our staff members put forth on a daily basis.
