Gifted Intervention Specialist 

Location/Department: Fairfield Local Schools
Southern Ohio Educational Service Center has an anticipated 106 day opening for a Gifted Intervention Specialist for the 18-19 school year.

Interested candidates should possess a strong skill set and passion for working with students which have been identified as Gifted.

Requirements include: Proper licensure and a Gifted Endorsement or the ability to attain for the 18-19 school year.

Early Childhood Itinerant Teacher

Interested Candidates must possess the following:

An Early Childhood Intervention Specialist License or have the ability to attain such license.

The ability to provide instruction to young children with disabilities, and consultation to their families and teachers, as specified on their IEPs; as well as other duties essential to the work of the Early Childhood Team.

SOESC Safety Coordinator

Location/Department: SOESC Wilmington, OH
Interested candidates will provide the following services on an as needed basis:

 

Provide districts and the ESC with services in the areas of the creation of safety plans

Provide assistance in development of tabletop, functional or full scale exercises required under ORC 3313.536

Document or assist districts to identify the scenarios strengths and improvement areas identified during the exercise

Document or assist districts in reporting the required information in SAFE account on ODE within 30 days

Provide investigative services for possible misconduct cases

Provide support to agency in maintaining required drill records

Substitute Bus Drivers:

 

Bus drivers play a critical role in the lives of Clinton County students, and because of this, there is the need to employ substitute bus drivers who are trained and ready to step in at a moment’s notice when a colleague is unable to run his or her route.

 

While school bus drivers must meet the qualifications and certifications as required by the Ohio Department of Education, Blanchester, Clinton-Massie, and East Clinton Local and Wilmington City Schools’ transportation departments will assist candidates in the training and certification process.  Working as a substitute bus driver offers flexible hours, competitive salaries, and the opportunity to earn extra income.  There is also the possibility that a full-time position might become available.
