Adapted Physical Education Specialist

Southern OH ESC/Region 14 has an immediate opening for an  Adaptive PE Educator (Job Description is attached).

Individual must hold the APE Endorsement or have taken 6 semester hours in Adaptive PE to be eligible for a Supplemental License.

Teacher of the Visually Impaired


The Southern Ohio Educational Service Center and Region 14 State Support Team, serving Adams, Clinton, Fayette, and Highland Counties, is seeking an Itinerant Visually Impaired teacher for the 2017-2018 school year.

Full-time position; to work with students and school staff in participating districts to provide educational VI services to children 3-22. Provide consultation and training to district personnel. Itinerant VI teacher will travel to assigned schools.

Substitute Interpreters

Substitute Bus Drivers:


Bus drivers play a critical role in the lives of Clinton County students, and because of this, there is the need to employ substitute bus drivers who are trained and ready to step in at a moment’s notice when a colleague is unable to run his or her route.


While school bus drivers must meet the qualifications and certifications as required by the Ohio Department of Education, Blanchester, Clinton-Massie, and East Clinton Local and Wilmington City Schools’ transportation departments will assist candidates in the training and certification process.  Working as a substitute bus driver offers flexible hours, competitive salaries, and the opportunity to earn extra income.  There is also the possibility that a full-time position might become available.
