Complete the End-of-Year Review of the goals that you wrote in the fall. Record evidence and document progress on the Goal Setting Template (BLUE SECTION) under End-of-Year Review. See Below or Goal Documents from October and February. |

Complete and submit Resident Educator Final Report (FPR) to the Resident Educator Coordinator which includes Resident Educator, Mentor and Resident Educator Program Coordinator reflects. |
