Principles of Service

  1. The Vision Statement will be known and implemented by each Southern Ohio ESC employee.

  2. Each employee will serve as an advocate for the highest quality of education for all children.

  3. Each employee will strive to know the needs of his or her internal and external customers (Districts, Superintendents, Teachers, Peers, Community) in order to deliver quality services.

  4. Collaboration and team efforts are valued and reflected in the daily work of Southern Ohio ESC employees.

  5. Each employee will fulfill individual work responsibilities as well as demonstrate his or her commitment to established organizational goals.

  6. Continuous improvement for personal and organizational growth shall be each person's responsibility.

  7. Each employee who receives a customer request or complaint will be responsible for facilitating its solution.
