1. Complete the Instructional Cycle 3. Planning Guide, Examining Student Work, 2 students per cycle.
2. Discuss end-of-the-year grading and records.
3. Brainstorm end-of-the-year activities and ways to keep students motivated.
4. Discuss inventories and closing procedures.
5. Consider an end-of-the-year student survey.
6. Observation (GREEN SECTION)Formal Observation which includes the Pre-Observation and Post-Observation conferences.
7. Complete Self-Assessment (YELLOW SECTION). Review First-Year Resident's Self-Assessment. Review Self Assessment Summary.
8. Complete the End-of-Year Review of the goals that you wrote in the fall. Record evidence and document progress on the Goal Setting Template (BLUE SECTION) under End-of-Year Review. See Below or Goal Documents from October and February.
9. Complete and submit Resident Educator Final Report (FPR) to the Resident Educator Coordinator which includes Resident Educator, Mentor and Resident Educator Program Coordinator reflects.
