1. Continue to discuss progress on the RE's goals, topics for improvement from October observation and/or areas of stress.
2. Discuss 2 samples of student work in terms of current goals.(RED SECTION)
3. Go back to the Data Measures Inventory for the Classroom.(RED SECTION)Discuss grouping patterns based on new information about students.
4. RE may consider a short informal observation (GREEN SECTION) of the mentor or exemplary teacher.  Record date, class and subject in the Collaborative Log.
5. Review Standard 4: Element 3 - Stating the goal of the lesson. Is the goal being stated for each lesson? Discuss ways to communicate instructional procedures and ways to find out if students are clear on what to do.
6. Discuss how to cope with schedule changes; the Christmas climate; procedures for gift giving.
7. Prepare for the end of semester. Discuss the exam schedule. Develop semester tests if needed.
