1. Discuss the observation issues and ideas for improvement. Encourage reflective discovery
2. Revisit the RE's Yearly Goals. Set up 1-2 ideas to implement.(BLUE SECTION)

3. Discuss ways to collect evidence pertaining to the RE's goals.(BLUE SECTION) Discuss grouping patterns based on new information about students.
4. Discuss preparation for parent conferences and grade reports.
5. Discuss students who are at risk. Include strategies and communication with parents (Standard 6)
6. Have the Resident Educator identify 2 problems or areas of stress. Discuss ways to reduce these stress issues.
7. Reflect on the year thus far and consider student feedback. You might do a student survey. Ask students what they like/dislike; are they challenged; ways to make the class better.
