The first years of life are critical, shaping brain development, overall health, and future academic success. What children know and can do when they start school and what is built throughout the early childhood years levers future success in the classroom, workplace and throughout the lifespan. State Support Team 14 supports the goals of the Office of Early Learning & School Readiness at the Ohio Department of Education & Workforce and Ohio Department of Children & Youth. Our focus is improving outcomes for each child by offering coaching, technical assistance and professional development in all early childhood settings across the Least Restrictive Enviornment Continuum.
